Shout Out: Deep River Brewing Company

Paul and Lynn AuclairJust wanted to give a huge shout out to the Deep River Brewing Company out of Clayton, NC. I had a few opportunities to speak with Paul Auclair over the phone, and you will not find a nicer guy with more of a commitment to making great beer.
After the second time we talked over the phone, I wanted to recruit the guy! He has so much passion for craft beer it became obvious to me I didn't want this guy as a competitor. I thought either I recruit him, or we lose the entire city of Clayton altogether for sales. He's that great a guy. He's absolutely destined to succeed.
It's my understanding that Paul and Lynn Auclair are working on getting their own 15-bbl system up and running in Clayton, NC. The proposed date is around August of this year, and we're pulling for them.
From the entire Skull Coast family, I want to congratulate them on making this leap. It's no easy task. And, if there is anything we can do to help them in their journey, we're there for them.
