Homebrewer's "Commercial Brewery Production Program"

The Skull Coast Brewing Company, Inc. is working on developing the first of its kind Homebrewer's "Commercial Brewery Production Program" in the state of North Carolina.
Over the course of the last few weeks, we have received numerous resumes from passionate homebrewers begging for the opportunity to get involved in the commercial brewing environment to start their careers. And, while there are brewery programs in other states and countries, there is very little opportunity for those interested in commercial brewing in the Carolinas.
Given this deficit in homegrown experience, the Skull Coast Brewing Company is working to develop a program for Carolina Homebrewers to make the leap to a commercial production environment.
Details of the program will be forthcoming over the next several weeks. If you are interested, please send us an email from the contact page.
UPDATE: We have received such a positive response for the Skull Coast Brewing School. We will most likely limit the class sizes to around 10 students per session. We will also most likely be offering this "working lab" program on the weekends, so that our students can continue to work. It will be a combination of coursework and real brewing experience. And, finally, we are also going to ask the students (as a class, not individually) to create their own final exam beer, which will be poured in the Taproom.
