Skull Coast Brewing Company Framing Up & Taproom Floors PouredDropped by the Skull Coast Brewery today to check on progress. As many of you know, the Brewery floors were poured right before Thanksgiving. Today, we found that the Taproom floors were poured and the framing was up, dividing the Brewery from the Taproom. They had also completed the framing for the bathrooms.

The Skull Coast Brewing Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that a deposit has been placed for the purchase of a complete 30-barrel brewing system from Bavarian Brewery Technologies.
The Skull Coast brewing system will be a two-vessel system, consisting of a Brew Kettle and a combination Mash/Lauter Tun, along with Hot and Cold Liquor Tanks, four Fermenter tanks, and one bright beer conditioning tank. Additionally, the complete system will include all other equipment necessary to perform the day-to-day functions of the brewery: boiler, CIP system, control panel, chiller, glycol system, malt mill, keg washer, etc.
Bavarian Brewing Technologies estimates that the entire 30-barrel brewing system will be built and shipped to the United States from its factory in Europe by April 2012. At which time, Bavarian and its team will come to the States to actually set-up the equipment in the Skull Coast brewery to ensure that all systems are installed and working properly.
