Another Busy Day In Skull Coast World

Okay, first and most important, we want to wish a very dear friend of ours our most heartfelt congratulations on his wife going into labor today, bringing another bouncing baby into this wonderful world!
On the brewery front, we heard today that our brewery manufacturer, Bavarian Brewery Technologies, is getting ready to order our steam boiler, condensing unit, pumps, motors, and heat exchanger. Also, we made a decision on the copper plating to the brewhouse. It's going to be brushed cooper, and will look amazing. We're getting so close, it's crazy!
Finally, we received issues from All About Beer magazine today with the Beer Festival story by Tara Nurin. To be honest, when I was first interviewed for this piece, I didn't realize the scope of the article. It encompasses both national and international beer festivals. Not only what the brewers go through, but also what the organizers must deal with. While I have only read it once, Skull Coast is extremely honored to be representing what we know all brewers go through in both North and South Carolina.
I will be scanning a couple pages of the article tomorrow for those that don't have a subscription to All About Beer magazine. But, for those that can't wait, please be sure to stop by either a newsstand or bookstore that carries All About Beer to pick up a copy. And, I know I will probably be getting a subscription to All About Beer magazine because the writing is exceptional, and we know they do a great job in triple checking to make sure they get the story right.
