Brewery Equipment Moving Too Fast

As many of you know, the brewing equipment is in the process of being manufactured. So, occasionally we get questions from our manufacturer in Europe about this piece or that, along with updates on their progress. Today was a bit interesting.
Bavarian Brewery Technologies owner called me a few times to ask a variety of questions.
Here's one: Since they are done with a cargo load of fermenters, would it be okay to ship them now? WOW! My response was a little like this: "Ummm. Ummm. Well, I can't put them in my garage. Ummm. Let me get back to you on this."
Besides the stammering, I had two competing thoughts: Awesome! & Where the hell am I going to put these?! Awesome that our equipment is being produced so fast, but I have nowhere to put these right now.
After being both elated and stressed, not 90 minutes later, I was hit with another one: "Where is the chimney going to go?" Really?! I was then informed that they are working on the brewhouse, and needed to know the exact height of the ceiling and how long the chimney needed to be. POW! These guys are working entirely too fast! It's hard for me to catch a breath.
Stalling for time, I begged to get off the phone to find a resolution to the first question before dealing with the second. I thought Bavarian took pity on me by saying they'd get back to me on this one.
Not two minutes later, the phone rang again. Seeing the number, I thought Bavarian was calling back to make sure I had the right information for the last question. Nope! New question: "While we are waiting for the answer, you might want to consider fully automating your brewhouse. Everything could be done from one station with an additional investment."
I wish he would have told me these options much earlier. After he told me what they could do, it seemed like the perfect upgrade. Then, again, I'm sure they could do another 100K in great options. Problem is, where to find the money for this option. Time to start hitting the phones...
Needless to say, Big day! Tons to process. I can see everyday being like this for a while.
